What can I do in the Listview?

The Listview is where it all starts. Every time you make a new search or open a folder, you will initially end up in the Listview, where you can see the result of your search.
The Listview will show all the puzzles in one long list and the list will populate as you scroll down it. The total number of puzzles in the list is always shown in the upper left corner (8 in the screenshot).
For each puzzle, you can see the name of the puzzle, at the top, the preferred image in the middle and the brand and number of pieces below it.
In addition, some statistics for the puzzle are shown at the very bottom, such as the number of users who currently have this puzzle on their wishlist, and the number of users who marked this puzzle as completed by them. The average overall rating, and difficulty rating are also listed, as well as, in parenthesis, the number of users who rated this puzzle.
Normally the small heart is red, but if you already have this puzzle on your wishlist, the heart turns purple, like in "Inokashira in Snow" below. This gives you a quick overview of your wishlist and whether some shown in the list should be moved to your wishlist.
To see all of the details on a puzzle, click/tap on the puzzle and you will see the detail view - see here

Filter and order
In the top left corner, you will see the filter and order icon, which will expand like this if you click it.

The filter is used, to limit the list to a smaller number of puzzles. This is particularly helpful if you have a folder with many puzzles, which makes it difficult to get to a particular puzzle.
To add a filter, click the + icon and add a filter, one by one. You can filter by; Brand, Pieces, Artist and Collection Name. You can add as many filters as you need.
For example; you can specify 2 filters on 2 different Brands and a filter on 1 Artist, in which case, only puzzles from the original list from those 2 Brands and from that specific Artist will be shown.
While the filter feature selects which puzzles to show and which puzzles not to show, the order function helps you organise the puzzles in a certain order. You can order by many fields, and you can order in as many layers as you like.
If you, as an example, choose to order by Brand first and Pieces second, then all puzzles will be sorted first by Brand, and then secondly, all puzzles in each Brand will be sorted by Pieces.
It is possible to change from ascending to descending order by clicking the arrow icon, which will toggle between the two.
You can remove ordering by using the trash can icon.
It is important to mention that ordering and filtering only operate on your original list; it is a way to manipåulate what and, how to display the puzzles already found in the previous step.
Functions on Listview

Above all the puzzles, you will see a toolbar with some functions.
The Back button will take you back to a previous search. When looking at a puzzle, there are many ways to move on to a new search of similar puzzles which will create a new set of puzzles displayed in the Listview (see details here). To return to the original search click/tap the Back button.
The Share button is used to share the list. It will create a link to the Listview you are currently viewing and put it on your clipboard where, from there, you can paste it into emails, social media etc. If, later on, anybody clicks your link, they will end up watching your list. For more information on sharing puzzles, see here.
The Wheel of Fortune button will select a random puzzle from the list; a fun way to determine which puzzle from your TODO list to do next.
The CSV button will export your list to a CSV file. This is useful if you have other apps where you organise puzzles and you need to insert information from IPDb into this app. CSV files are text files commonly used for this purpose and can be read by many apps. Excel is one example of such an app. CSV files can also be used as an offline backup option for you.
The PDF button will create a beautiful PDF file of all the puzzles in your list. You can select which information you want to include, and the file is shareable with all computers due to the widespread use of the PDF format.
List in Gallery mode
In your User Settings, you can choose gallery mode and then your Listview will look like the image below; bigger images but no additional information.
