IPDb Support ES

Last Update há 6 meses

All puzzles can be rated and reviewed by, not only, the Submitter but everyone, who is signed up as an IPDb member.

  • RATING  -  1 to 5 stars;   1 = not great;    to 5 = excellent!
  • DIFFICULTY   - 1 to 5 frustrated faces;     1 = easy;    to  5 = extremely difficult
  • REVIEW - feedback on the puzzle. What was good and what was bad? If you would recommend & any additional information that may interest a prospective puzzle buyer

NOTE -  if you selected too many stars or frustrated faces, you can de-select by clicking/tapping on the last star/face selected and work your way back to the number of icons you wish to select

Rating and Reviewing New Puzzles

When you add/enter a new puzzle, the rating and review fields are available in the Add New Puzzle screen.

Rating and Reviewing Existing Puzzles

In addition to reviewing new puzzles whilst entering them, you can also review ones you have added previously or even other Submitters' puzzles; in fact, IPDb encourages you to do so whenever you finish a puzzle, regardless of who entered the original record.

When multiple people rate the same puzzle, it will display the average rating of all contributions.

You can rate existing puzzles by searching for the puzzle, and then double-clicking/tapping it to display the View Screen. There is no need to press any buttons when selections have been made as they will be saved automatically when you move away from this screen.

Viewing Rating Breakdown

Whilst in the puzzle View Screen, you can see all of the reviews, as well as the average ratings across all ratings.

You can also check the breakdown of both enjoyment and difficulty ratings by pressing the little chart icon to the right of the difficulty icon.
