I have searched the Help Centre but can't find the answer I am after: What do I do?

If you have any queries, feedback or App issues to report, you can do so, by submitting, a ticket.


You can do this after first selecting the '? Help Centre' icon, at the bottom right of the IPDb screen.

This will open up the IPDb Help Centre.


Submitting a Support Ticket via a PC

To submit a Ticket, press the Submit Ticket link in the top right-hand corner of the main Help Centre page.


Then, enter the relevant information in the form, and submit it.


Submitting a Support Ticket via a Mobile 

To submit a Ticket, press the 3-line menu icon, in the top right-hand corner of the main Help Centre page.


Select Submit Ticket, enter relevant information in the form, and submit.
