Supporting Documents
Add relevant documents to the puzzle

We have just introduced a feature to add Supporting Documents to a puzzle entry. By documents, we mean any PDF file.
This feature was originally suggested by a user who wanted to add the storybook to mystery puzzles as these are often lost, over time. Having a copy attached to a puzzle could, therefore, help people who bought such a puzzle second-hand, where the storybook is missing. They could then download, and view or print it if required.
However, other types of puzzles may also have several interesting documents which could be attached. So the feature is available for all puzzles. It is up to you how to use it.
How to Upload a Supporting Document
You can add the documents from the detail view of the puzzle, using the PDF icon from the top toolbar.

This will open the Catalogue of Supporting Documents for that puzzle.

Users with an account can upload new files using the upload button, or drag and drop. Please note that only 1 document can be uploaded at any one time. (Multiple documents can be added, but only one by one).
When you upload a new document, you are asked to give it a name. Try to keep this name short, but descriptive, as there is not much space to display this name.
To view a document - select it by clicking on it, and hit the view button.
To delete a document - select it and hit the delete button.
Note - you can only delete documents that you have uploaded yourself.
We hope you will find good use of this new feature.
