You just finished a stunning 1,000-piece puzzle—you snap a photo, add the details to IPDb, and share it with the Hub. That's the first step! But what truly transforms a simple feed of images into a vibrant community is what happens next: all the comments and reactions.

The IPDb Hub isn't just a gallery; it's a social space where we connect over our shared passion for puzzling. Every time you leave a comment, share an emoji reaction, or ask a question about someone's post, you turn a solitary puzzle accomplishment into a shared, interactive experience

Your input is what gives a photo context, validation, and a life beyond the screen. When we react and comment, we create genuine connections: we get recommendations on great brands, find answers to tricky questions, and celebrate each other's work.

In short, your engagement is the glue that holds our puzzle-loving community together, making the IPDb Hub a richer, more supportive, and much more fun place for all of us.

Using Reactions (Like, Love, Wow, Haha) on Posts

The most easy way to interact with a post is to give a reaction, a like as we know it from the Facebook and other social platforms.

In the IPDb Hub you can do that by clicking the word "Like" under the post.

You can choose between 6 different reaction, so pick the one that best suits the situation.

You can do the same thing from the burger menu in the upper right corner of the post.

Once you and other react to a post, the reaction will be displayed to the left under the image/text.

If you click this section you will see an overview of who reacted what, and who commented on the post

If you want to delete a reaction, just choose it once more, this will toggle it off.

Commenting and Replying to Discussions

If you want to a comment to a post, click the text "Comment" under the image/text of the post

This will take you to the comment creation dialog

Which hass all the same features as when creating a post. However, comments are limited to a single image.

You can also create a comment from the burger menu in the upper right corner of the post

Once you and other users comment on a post, the total number of comments will display under the image/text of the post

Clicking this section will toggle all commen ts to the post on/off. Commenst are displayed like this;

Unlike posts, comments are displayed in cronological order, so the oldest on top and the newest at the bottom, as this will make it easier to follow the interaction.

Comments works pretty much like posts, you can give reactions to them, and you can make replies to comments.

When hovering your mouse over a comment, a menu will become visible to the left of the comment, It looks like 3 horizontal dots

From this menu you can perform a number of actions

All of these are similar to the actions on posts, from the burger menu, but they naturally relates to the comment in action.

You can reply to all comments and to existing replies.

Replies are being ordered like posts, in cronologivgal order, but displayed from the right hand side of the feed, like this

Replies are pretty much like comment. You can react and comment to them, however, all replies are dispalyed under the initial comments which was replied to, and the reply itself have a reference to the user the reply is meant for. See above.

Following a post

At times you may see a post and want to follow what will happen to that post without immediatly giving a comment or reaction to the post. This is done from the burger menu, selectiong the option to Follow the post

If later you want to unfollow a post, you can do it the same place by selecting the option to Unfollow the post

Once you follow a post, you will be notified every time a user interacts with the posts which allow you to follow future discussion without paricipating yourself.
